Important Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, Non Safety Wellingtons cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Returns & Exchanges Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order
- Products must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Customised or specially ordered items may not be eligible for return

Refund Process
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned items
